Created by Austrian-born artist Sabine Von Graz, this magical home is filled with handcrafted artistic details, from the breathtaking mosaic kitchen splashback made from over 24,800 individual tiles to the spellbinding hand-painted staircase.

This double-storey villa-style retreat comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests and is fully furnished with warmth, creativity, and character throughout. The master bedroom features a queen bed, views over the pool, and a large balcony overlooking peaceful bushland often visited by kangaroos. The second bedroom offers a plush double bed and its own balcony also overlooking peaceful bushland, while the third bedroom includes a single bed surrounded by deep green tones inspired by the surrounding nature. A double sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

Outside, guests can enjoy a large swimming pool, beautifully landscaped gardens, and two spacious entertaining areas. Relax by the pool, enjoy a BBQ overlooking the bushland, or gather around the firepit under the stars. The fully fenced backyard is perfect for families and pets, with plenty of lawn space for games and outdoor activities.

Located only a short stroll to Woorim Beach, cafes, shops, bakery, IGA, surf club, restaurants, chemist, beauty salon, and golf club, the property offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquillity.

Nature lovers will adore the surrounding bushland, walking tracks, birdlife, kangaroos, and nearby beaches. 

Woorim Beach, protected by Moreton Island, is known for its gentle waves, crystal-clear waters, and long stretches of white sand perfect for swimming, fishing, boogie boarding, and relaxing seaside walks. Dolphins, turtles, and seasonal whales are often spotted nearby.
