I believe that creativity is right up there with meditation and mindfulness in regards to helping with stress, loneliness, boredom etc… Sometimes meditation or mindfulness is hard for children to practice and this project aims to help their busy minds to relax by directing the focus towards the creation of an artwork. 

This course is not about learning one skill in particular, but rather leading with playful experimentation towards unlocking creativity and being in the flow.  With a relaxed working space, lots of tools, examples, guidance and fun, I will demonstrate how simple steps can lead to a great outcome.
